This is a time when London flourished with public concerts, as operas and chamber music grew in popularity. The elegant Baroque music of this period reflects the growing confidence and sophistication of the capital city. From Handel at his most pastoral to Arne at his most patriotic the programme will evoke the many different styles of chamber music from this century. We will be joined by Vivace who will help us recreate the vibrant musical playground of Georgian London.
